The Sydney based band played a magical sold out show on Saturday night in Melbourne, featuring a set list celebrating 10 years of their debut LP ‘Blue Planet Eyes’ as well as some fan favourites.
Known for her energetic performance style, front woman Isabella “Izzi” Manfredi’s frontwoman energy—from animated stage moves to vocal power really is something to watch- she’s absolutely captivating as she has the audience in the palm of her hand. It’s clear the crowd has missed her, she is simply mesmerising.
Emotional peaks came during tracks like “Yanada”, which Izzi delivered with such intensity it brought shivers to the audience, reminding everybody of her vocal power and ability to both impress and stun fans. She shakes her iconic black hair around like a caged animal breaking free.
The Preatures’ Northcote Theatre show was another triumph in their well-received anniversary tour—equal parts nostalgia, precision, and sheer performance joy. With sold-out shows, a powerful live reputation and a collective hunger from fans after their hiatus, this Melbourne gig undoubtedly reinforced the band’s comeback in spectacular fashion.
