Geelong-based label Anti Fade Records started out with the intention to release a compilation of local acts, as well as 7” and LP releases from local bands like The Frowning Clouds & The Living Eyes. In 2015 the first annual Jerkfest was held at the Barwon Club in Geelong, which still runs every summer and a great time is had by all, hosting the likes of Robyn Hitchcock, The Rebel, Amyl & The Sniffers over the last 3 years.

Created in 1983, Citadel quickly developed a roster featuring some of the 80’s most prominent indie bands. Following its inception, the label has continued facing the many ups and downs that a non-mainstream industry aligned label must face; encroachment by bigger and more moneyed interests, the death of vinyl and the
coming of the CD and most recently the digital age. Musical tastes have changed, and the scene now belongs to the young. But still, Citadel is alive – albeit more through relevant reissues and a large dose of bloody-mindedness.

Founded in 1998 in order to put a compilation of tracks together to farewell a mutual friend moving overseas, Elefant Traks has always been about community and friendship. The original collection of friends went on to form seminal Australian hiphop group The Herd in the early 2000s, and from then started releasing music from outside the group, including Hermitude, Horrorshow, Jimblah, OKENYO, L-FRESH The LION and many more.

I OH YOU is an Australian based music company that acts as a record label, promoter & management arm for some of the world’s most talented & exciting musicians. It was started in late 2009 by four housemates who decided to start throwing house parties to pay off their overdue utility bills.

Spunk Records began its inception in 1999, and 21 years later has released close to 600 records. Some of those include Sufjan Stevens, The Arcade Fire, Big Thief and Spoon.
