News: Rasmus Faber x Metaxas Release ‘Be Real: Remixes’ EP featuring Satin Jackets & Kenny Gold

To celebrate the success of Swedish artist Rasmus Faber and Cypriot producer Metaxas‘ 2018 single ‘Be Real’, which now has over 20 million streams, Majestic Casual present the ‘Be Real: Remixes’ EP. Re-imagined versions of the track come from German nu-disco kingpinSatin Jackets and a debut solo remix from LA-based producer Kenny Gold – available from December 6th.

Rasmus Faber now sits comfortably alongside electronic dance music’s royalty. 2018 saw Faber celebrate his 15th year of releases on his own label Farplane alongside a slew of releases via labels like Global Underground, Defected, Hed Kandi and Subliminal, featuring team-ups with Deadmau5, Kaskade, Candi Staton, Axwell and Pete Tong to name a few.

Metaxas is no stranger to crafting hit pop singles – a producer and singer-songwriter in his own right, his recent two collaborative releases with US duo GHSTWRLD have continued to showcase his natural talent. The ‘Be Real: Remixes’ collaboration is a molding of different influences from artists separated by land but connected by music. Together, they have used their songwriting and production abilities to forge different iterations of an original piece of music into an EP in a space of its own.
