The Flaming Lips, Hamer Hall
The Flaming Lips is an American rock band formed in 1983 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The group recorded several albums and EPs on an indie label, Restless, in the 1980s and early 1990s. Hamer Hall was turned into a confetti wonderland for the opening of the Melbourne International Arts Festival.
