Live At The Gardens, the most picturesque live music series, returns next week to the breathtaking Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne for its third spectacular season, bringing five nights of live music, great food, fine wine and good times under the stars.
Live At The Gardens has fast become a highlight on Melbourne’s music calendar – and this season brings together an unmissable lineup of homegrown and international artists.
Launching on Friday 21 November, Live At The Gardens delivers five nights of unforgettable music in the stunning Observatory Precinct in the heart of the city. From laughter and music trivia to epic Aussie rock, indie anthems, neon-lit dance floors and timeless soulful classics, this season has it all with something for every music lover. RocKwiz Live – Friday 21 November
Australia’s favourite music quiz show brings the laughs, the live band and the buzzers. Join hosts Julia Zemiro and Brian Nankervis, plus the RocKwiz Orkestra and some very special musical guests revealed on the night, for a night of live music, laughs and fast-paced music trivia. Opening the show with her full band, powerhouse soul queen WILSN.
The Living End – Saturday 22 November
THE LIVING END are set to transform the Royal Botanic Gardens into a punk-rock playground for one unforgettable night. Playing two huge sets, the first set will see them rip through tracks from their new album, I Only Trust Rock n Roll, plus anthems like White Noise, Who’s Gonna Save Us and Roll On, while the second set will see them play their iconic multi-platinum, self-titled debut in full, featuring Prisoner of Society, All Torn Down and Second Solution. With special guests PRIVATE FUNCTION, THE PRIZE and DJ, THE KNAVE.
Franz Ferdinand – Friday 28 November
Scottish indie-rock legends return with a set stacked full of hits, and proving why Take Me Out is still one of the greatest riffs of the 21st century! Performing their only Victorian show, FRANZ FERDINAND are one of the most influential bands of the 2000s. Expect big hooks, high energy, fan favourites and all the classics! With special guests TEENAGE DADS and DELIVERY.
Miami Horror, Sneaky Sound System and Bag Raiders – Saturday 29 November
Three pioneers of Australia’s electronic scene unite for a euphoric night of indie-pop, disco and kaleidoscopic, dancefloor bangers. MIAMI HORROR bring their We Always Had Tomorrow tour to Live At The Gardens with very special guests SNEAKY SOUND SYSTEM and BAG RAIDERS. With full live sets from these popular party-starters, get ready to dance all night. DJs AROHA and JOEY LIGHTBULB also join the party.
Songs From The Canyon – Sunday 30 November
California cool comes to Melbourne as SONGS FROM THE CANYON transport audiences to the golden age of Laurel Canyon, where music, melodies and stories come together in perfect harmony. DAVEY LANE joins HUSKY GAWENDA,CHARM OF FINCHES, HANNAH CAMERON, STEPHEN GRADY and DAN CHALLIS to pay tribute to icons like Joni Mitchell, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, The Mamas & The Papas, The Byrds, The Beach Boys, Carole King and more. With special guest FREYA JOSEPHINE HOLLICK.

Live At The Gardens is Licensed All-Ages. Strictly no BYO alcohol or food.
