The shimmering star of Alex Cameron continues to shine bright; he’s a songwriter par excellence – conceptual and authentic and one of music’s most exciting artists.  The effortlessly catchy synth-pop star and his sultry six-piece live band – including sax player and collaborator Roy Molloy – are a dynamic force, equal parts hip-thrusting rhythm and tongue-tantalising tunes.Cameron’s repertoire of hits include Real Bad Lookin’, Far From Born Again, Happy Ending, Candy May, Studmuffin96, Sara Jo, and 2022’s Best Life and K-Hole.Cameron has played stages such as Primavera, Laneway, Roskilde, Wide Awake Festival and many more, with his own Australia and New Zealand headline tour confirmed for November/December.In the sixteen years since his debut album, Jack Ladder’s varied musical journey has been notable for some sharp stylistic turns but has always been connected by a singular song writing talent.Ladder’s hard work ethic and unique approach to songwriting has paid off in releasing seven studio albums (including 2021’s Hijack!) and by working alongside some of the brightest names in the business – Bill Callahan, Angel Olsen, John Cale, Sharon Van Etten, Father John Misty, Weyes Blood, Alex Cameron, Kirin J Callinan, Florence + the Machine and The Killers.Career hits include Come On Back This Way feat. Sharon Van Etten, Cold Feet, Susan, I Can’t Drink the Water, Hurtsville, Astronaut and Beautiful Sound.Floodlights make raw, honest, dynamic rock music that melds ’80s alternative rock with ’90s New Zealand jangle-pop. Their live performance is intimate at times, intertwined with large powerful outbursts. In 2019 their sold-out self-released debut 10” vinyl EP Backyard, containing the single Nullarbor, gained them an abundance of global attention. With a reissue of the EP on Spunk Records, and release of their 2020 debut LP From a View, the band continued to gain critical acclaim and are set to release their follow-up album in early 2023. The band’s new single Human is out now.Don’t miss The Killers with special guests Alex Cameron, Jack Ladder and Floodlights live this November and December!
