Abroad, aka Jack Dawson and Will Cruge, have this year already given us the amazing singles Coffee and Air, and now accompanying these great tracks comes the release of Abroad’s debut full length album Departure, due out on Thursday 7 July. The guys will hit the road for a run of east coast shows in July and August, playing Mona Vale, Wollongong, Sydney, Gold Coast, Newcastle and Melbourne

  1. Melbourne – Coffee – all of Australia qualifies but the sheer quantity of amazing Melbourne cafes puts it at the top.

  1. New York – Pizza Pie! I very fondly remember one particularly cold New Year’s Eve in a pizza shop in Brooklyn. Again, you can’t really go wrong for slices in NYC, but if you go to Archies, you’ll go very right!

  1. California – Burgers – specifically in and out burger. no words, just eating.

  1. London – Markets – Borough and Brick Lane markets were mainstays when we lived there, could happily stay there all day going from early morning brew to late arvo beers.

  1. Paris – Pastries – big shocker here, but i still have dreams about this one eclair…

  1. Berlin – Kebabs – Yep, you heard me right, best kebabs i’ve ever had and i have had a lot of good kebabs.

  1. Barcelona – Tapas – walking from bar to bar enjoying bevies and tiny plates of deliciousness is a wonderful way to spend your day.

  1. Margaret River – Wineries, breweries, untouched beautiful coastline. Absolutely the most underrated area of the world!

  1. Greek Islands – Gyros and ocean swims with crystal clear waters. Theres a reason i went back twice!

  1. Ibiza – Wild! Die on the beach during the day, revive yourself in the afternoon and live during the night!
