Produced by multi award winners M-Phazes & Cam Bluff (Amy Shark “Adore”), Dylan’s new single “Snow” is not just a return to form for the young Melbourne artist, but rather an introduction to an elevated sound & style that he’s been refining since his debut and triple j feature album, ‘Authentic Lemonade’.
Challenging himself to write 100 songs in the space of 12 months, Dylan found his music style started to change. While rapping was the genre that launched him into the spotlight, song-writing was always where his heart felt more comfortable and, once again, became his primary outlet for putting his thoughts and emotions on paper.
Weaving effortlessly between acoustic guitar, a belting emotional vocal delivery, highlights of falsetto, and the melody-driven rap flow he is known for, Dylan’s performance in “Snow” showcases this young artist’s natural progression from rapper to singer songwriter and sets the tone for an upcoming EP that brings together elements of pop, hip hop, and folk into one collection of songs, slated for release this winter.
