Anberlin put on an incredible show at 170 Russell in Melbourne last night. The stacked lineup of This Wild Life, Broadside, Hot Chelle Rae, and Cartel started things off perfectly, getting the room warmed up with a fun mix of pop-punk and alternative rock.
Anberlin hit the stage to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their album Never Take Friendship Personal. They treated the crowd to the full record, playing standout tracks “Paperthin Hymn,” “A Day Late,” and “The Runaways.” They also made sure to cap off the set with massive fan favorites like “The Resistance,” “Godspeed,” and “The Feel Good Drag.” It was a nostalgic, high-energy night that the crowd absolutely loved.
