Undulating and revitalising, the brand new single Wash Off The World out today from Tasmanian singer-songwriter Bully Hay drives home a message of empowerment and inspiration, topped off with the addition of The Tea Party’s Jeff Martin on production, recording and mixing duties. Also armed with an accompanying music video, Wash Off The World marks Bully Hay’s first single off his forthcoming debut album, Black Dogs and Songbirds due out later this year on Wednesday October 30.
We asked Bully Hay’s Dream Rider:
Tasmanian singer songwriter
- A good bottle of Tequila! For before the show
- A good bottle of Tasmanian Whisky, for after the show.
- A fresh packet of TimTams
- A cold carton of Corona’s with lime for the band and the crew
- Gordon Ramsay to prepare us incredible meal, while berating us the whole time. Don’t hold back Gordon!
- A Tazer. To be used on anyone creating drama in the green room. No first, second or third warnings. Just a fierce quick shock to reset.
- Nerf Guns. To settle our differences humanely and without bloodshed
- An open fire.. Goes well with the whisky after the show
- A good Thai massage for the neck and shoulders
- A waterboy (or girl) to remind me to drink water at regular intervals. Because you can’t sing dehydrated!
Wash Off The World is my first single from my debut album, “Black Dogs and Songbirds” which is coming out on the 30th of October this year.
Once the album is out there, we’ll be hitting the road and heading on a National Tour. More info on that later in the year.
The album was produced by Jeff Martin from The Tea Party and I feel we have made something really special here!
