Red Bull Music today announces it will visit Melbourne on Friday, April 19 for their inaugural all-night party, Red Bull Music Presents:1800-Doof. Launching at Yours&Mine and kicking on well into the early hours, the club-ready event is headlined by London DJ and producer extraordinaire Lone, and local contingents Toni Yotzi, Moopie, DJ JNETT, Rambl, Hybrid Man, Makeda, DESTINY71z, Emelyne and Bevin Campbell.

Signed to the esteemed R&S Records, Lone headlines 1800-Doof with his career-defining DJ sets that showcase a love for house, soul, hip-hop and techno. Lone’s solo releases have become sampled house classics – like cut “Airflow Fires” – while his name appears on remixes for the likes of Radiohead, Disclosure, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and more. Joining him on the bill is heroic Perth-born, Melbourne-residing DJ, Toni Yotzi. Yotzi, who recently set the stage alive at Lost Paradise for Red Bull Music Presents: A Night With, is a crowd winner for her deep-reaching record bag and fearless genre transitions.

A back to back serve from DJ JNETT and Crown Ruler’s Rambl will bring Red Bull Music Presents:1800-Doof to a continued high, as will live sets from Melbourne duo Hybrid Man and fringe electronic genius, DESTINY71z. A Colourful Storm label representee Moopie will continue building his reputation as one Australia’s greatest DJs, alongside fellow flourishing selectors Makeda and Emelyne. Rounding out the marathon line-up is Blend Corp’s Bevin Campbell.

The first instalment of many late nights to come, Red Bull Music Presents: 1800-Doof is set to be an unmissable exploration of sounds unexpected, with more than enough thump to take you to the early hours. Proudly fronted by a Melbourne-heavy list of talent and headlined by the legendary Lone.
