Live Gallery: Mogwai + Fancy Weapon | The Forum, Melbourne
Mogwai visited Melbourne once again in celebration of their impressive 30 year career. Playing to a heaving and enthusiastic audience, Mogwai were equal parts delicate and pulverising, presenting a sonic and visual orchestration to those fortunate enough to snare a ticket to this special event.
Opening band Fancy Weapon showed why the buzz is so loud for Melbourne’s newest supergroup, the membership having played for The Dirty Three, Hoss, Mudhoney, God, Bleak Squad, Paper Planes and Lubricated Goat. Look out for the debut record on Poison City Records.
