Warm up act, Simple Plan (Canada) opened with an emotional performance that resonated with the punters who were singing along to every song.
The Offspring followed with a high-octane celebration of punk rock, marking a triumphant return to Melbourne as part of their SUPERCHARGED Worldwide in ’25 tour. Lead singer Dexter Holland’s charismatic stage presence was complemented by the band’s tight musicianship, creating an electrifying atmosphere throughout the night.
They delivered an eclectic setlist that spanned their massive catalogue, including fan favorites “Come Out and Play,” “Light It Up,” and “The Kids Aren’t Alright.” Rounding out the night belting out an encore of “Self Esteem.”
The audience’s enthusiasm was solid , the fans were singing along to every word. The band’s interaction with the crowd made the night even better. They were grateful for the sold out crowd and loved being in Australia.
The fireworks, streamers, confetti explosions and massive skeletons on stage really made the night a spectacle. For those who missed this unforgettable night, the tour continues with upcoming shows in Sydney and Brisbane.
